Meet the Team

  • Peter Yang | President

Peter is a conductor and arranger who also performs as a double bassist with multiple local ensembles. Since beginning to learn bass in 2011, he has played in orchestral, wind, and string settings. In high school, he was selected for district honor band and performed at Carnegie Hall with his school symphony orchestra. Today, he focuses on reimagining the orchestral experience for modern audiences by curating programs that pair classical repertoire with music people already know and love. His goal is to make the concert hall feel more accessible, engaging, and relevant to a broader community.

  • Emily Jin | Vice President, Logistics

Emily is a product manager who also plays violin, piano, and recently bassoon. She has played with various ensembles since grade school, most notably the Orange County Youth Symphony Orchestra (OCYSO), Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra (PSYO), and All-Southern (SCSBOA). In her spare time, she shares her love of food on her Instagram account @seattles.eats.

  • Nandhini Lakuduva | Vice President, Marketing

Nandhini is a data engineer at Microsoft by day and a passionate musician by... well, also by day! She has been playing the flute since middle school and recently fell in love with the piccolo, adding it to her musical repertoire. She loves being part of a huge group of talented musicians and leveraging her creativity as the orchestra's marketing head - where her TikTok obsession actually comes in handy. In her free time, she’s usually getting inspiration from her pet budgies, who are basically the ultimate jamming buddies - they sing all day, every day, no sheet music required!

  • Jada Campbell | Secretary

Jada Campbell is an award-winning concert pianist whose performances have captivated audiences across the United States and Europe. She has appeared as a soloist with the Redmond Tech Orchestra, performed at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall, and taken part in international festivals in France and Italy. A graduate of the Peabody Conservatory, Jada is also a dedicated educator, having founded and taught at her own piano studio. Her playing is celebrated for its expressive depth, technical mastery, and vibrant musical storytelling.

  • Ethan Wong | Treasurer

Ethan has been a part of the Redmond Tech Orchestra since its early days, and making music with the group is always a highlight of his week. On stage, Ethan is a versatile musician performing on both trumpet and saxophone. Behind the scenes, he serves as RTO’s Treasurer and actively supports recruiting efforts to grow the orchestra’s presence within the Microsoft community. He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Oregon and currently works as a Finance Manager at Microsoft.
